Sharing sex toys such as vibrators or dildos can pass on STIs.

If you share sex toys always:

• cover them with a condom before you use them,
• change the condom between sharing, and
• wash the sex toy thoroughly after use.

If you and/or your partner are being treated for an STI do not use sex toys until you have completed your course of treatment.
